Vivi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependence Counselor. She completed her MS in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. Previously, she obtained an MS in Counseling in China, and worked for a Chinese university supporting students, faculty, and staff. She has extensive experience helping individuals of all ages deal with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, sexual concerns, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions.

Vivi takes a compassionate approach to therapy, providing her clients with a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. She believes therapy can help one better understand their problems while developing effective coping strategies. Vivi helps her clients evolve to a more positive sense of self and strengthen the relationships with the people around them.

Vivi emphasizes that who you are is not based solely on what you've experienced, but how you interpret your experiences, and those interpretations are within your control. She believes that therapy is a journey of emerging awareness, acknowledgement, acceptance, and personal growth. Vivi’s ultimate aim as a therapist is to help others deepen their understanding of themselves and lead more fulfilling lives.

何彦目前拥有德州心理咨询师执照（LPC）和物质成瘾治疗师执照(LCDC). 她于Southern Methodist University 获得了咨询心理学硕士。在来美之前，她在浙江工业大学学生心理咨询中心和浙江省教职工心理健康教育中心工作9年。在这期间，她主要为大学生、大学教师和职工提供心理咨询和心理健康教育服务。她在治疗焦虑、抑郁、关系问题、性议题、成瘾、创伤、以及心理发展阶段议题上有非常丰富的经验。综合以前的专业工作，她已经积累到了超过8000小时的心理咨询小时数。

她在专业工作中非常富有同理心并致力为来访建构足够安全、健康，以及滋养性的咨询关系和工作氛围。她相信治疗的目标不仅在于清晰地理解议题，发展出有效应对议题的方式，同时建构与自我的积极态度，并增强跟他人的关系连接。

她认同，对自我的定义不在于我们的经历，而更在于我们对于这些经历持有何种解释，而这些解释的方式却永远掌握在我们的手中。她认为，咨询是一个充满觉知、确认、接纳、成长和蜕变的旅程。咨询的意义在于触碰和理解更深的自我并获得内在的宁静和满足。
