$100 per 50 minute session

Lizzie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Heidi Johanson, LPC-S and completed her Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The majority of Lizzie’s counseling experience is with children and adolescents in a variety of environments, from the school setting to inpatient treatment for eating disorders.

Lizzie supports children, adolescents, and adults expressing concern related to stress, anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, and friendship & relationship distress. Through the power of choice, awareness, intrinsic motivation, and support, she believes everyone is able to live the lives they truly desire. She’s committed to guiding clients to discover impactful coping skills, set appropriate boundaries, and to value their own worth.

Lizzie felt called to counseling in an effort to make an impact in the world. Her approach to counseling is to provide warmth, empathy, and connection so that clients feel safe enough to take the next step - together.
