About me

Most of my client's come to me feeling overwhelmed with feelings of uncertainty and doubt, seeking a compassionate approach to navigate complexities of emotional experiences and limiting beliefs. You can trust that I will walk alongside you to navigate patterns of unhelpful thinking and behaviors, gently guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions.

Together, we'll work towards untangling the knots of confusion and self-doubt and discover a sense of clarity and empowerment. We will develop a foundation of trust and collaborate on practical strategies to cultivate self-compassion and resilience in the face of life's challenges. My clients can expect to be met with a warm, empathic, and humorous approach in our time together.
