Dasha works with adults who are experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship problems, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. She also enjoys working with couples and the LGBTQ+ community.

In her work with clients, Dasha focuses on helping them discover skills and tools to manage distress, as well as exploring underlying issues, which helps build self-awareness and facilitates long-term change. She provides support and guidance for clients to free themselves of unhelpful and limiting beliefs. One of Dasha’s main goals as a therapist is to empower her clients to feel more confident in themselves, their belief systems, and their relationships with others.

Dasha is currently training her Pomeranian puppy Luna with the goal of providing animal-assisted therapy.

I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship
